Norm Millar

After 18 years in the marketplace as a computer programmer, analyst and software designer, the Lord called Norm to Heritage Bible College for one year, then on to The Master's Seminary where he earned his Masters of Divinity. From there Norm served as an associate pastor, and then together with a group of 30 planted SouthWest Community Church in London, Ontario. Norm pastored SouthWest Community Church in London from the spring of 2000 to 2006, at which time they transitioned to become Harvest Bible Chapel London.

Norm is married to his wife of 34 years, Cindy, and is blessed with five children ranging in age from 17-33 years, and 7 grandchildren.

Robbie Symons

Robbie pastors Harvest Bible Chapel Oakville, which began with a vision that was bestowed by the Lord and shared between two couples. As one of the original couples who embraced this vision, Robbie and Gillian Symons began a Bible study with 18 people in June 2003. Robbie later became the founding Pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel Oakville and gives all glory to God for what He has done since that time.

Robbie and his wife Gillian have four children: two sons, Aidan and Cale; and two daughters, Sadie and Bliss.

Kaj Ballantyne

Kaj serves as the pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel Muskoka, but has lived and worked in Muskoka full time for the past 11 years and spent most of his summers there growing up as a "camp kid".

In 1996 he started a one-year wilderness discipleship school called Summit College. While there he developed a passion to see people live in a community of love and grace while living radically different lives completely sold out for Jesus. His greatest desire is to see people grow closer in their relationship with an all knowing, all powerful, all holy and all loving Heavenly Father.

Kaj and his wife Libby have three wonderful little girls; McKinley, Elianna, and Chloe.

Harvest Worship

With a passion to see men and women encounter and experience Jesus Christ through worship, Harvest Worship is purposeful in songwriting, leading and developing a worship culture that is grounded in both reverence and passion.

With a congregation that sings, and sings loud! Harvest Worship is the music ministry of Harvest Bible Chapel in Oakville, Canada. Our greatest passion is to resource the church with songs that would increase their encounters with the living God.
